Terms of use and engagement

The terms governing this website and enquiries made to Buildlogicpath.

Acceptance

By using this website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site. Website information is general and does not create an auditor-client relationship.

Professional engagements

Audit work begins only after both parties sign a written engagement letter setting out scope, fees, responsibilities, records, exclusions and intended recipients. An enquiry, scope call or indicative fee does not appoint Buildlogicpath.

Information and reliance

We take reasonable care with website content but do not warrant that it is complete, current for every municipality or suitable for a specific application. Nothing here is legal, tax, planning, engineering or municipal approval advice. Obtain the relevant professional advice before acting.

Intellectual property

Buildlogicpath owns or licenses the website design, copy and original materials. You may print a reasonable extract for internal reference. You may not republish, sell, scrape or remove attribution from the material without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious material, misrepresent your identity or use the forms for unlawful or unsolicited communications.

Liability

To the extent permitted by South African law, Buildlogicpath is not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss arising from website use or reliance on general content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Engagement-specific liability is governed by the signed engagement letter.

External services

Public image hosts and other external sites may process requests when their content is loaded. We do not control third-party availability or terms.

Changes, severability and governing law

We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and South African courts have jurisdiction.
