A practical readiness test

This health check is for teams that suspect their permit register cannot yet support a full fee reconciliation. We sample the register structure, naming conventions and links to source records, then show where preparation will save audit time.

The review covers application identifiers, authority, submission and approval dates, fee categories, assessed amounts, payment dates, receipt references, credits and close-out status. It does not recalculate every charge.

Deliverables

You receive a field-by-field completeness map, sampled trace results, duplicate-reference observations and a prioritised preparation list. A 45-minute working session helps the register owner decide which gaps can be repaired internally and which require authority correspondence.

Up to 100 register lines and 20 source-record traces are included in the starting fee. Larger or fragmented registers are quoted separately. Ask whether your register is ready.
