Responsible party
Buildlogicpath is the responsible party for personal information processed through this website and its professional enquiries. Contact info@buildlogicpath.digital for privacy matters.
Information we collect
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional organisation context, authority, approximate application count and message. We may also receive information you send by email or telephone. Do not submit identity documents, bank details or confidential application packs through the website form.
Purpose and lawful basis
We use information to respond to enquiries, assess potential engagement scope, keep business correspondence, secure the website, meet legal duties and pursue legitimate practice administration. Where consent is the basis, it may be withdrawn.
Sharing and operators
Access is limited to personnel and service providers who need it for hosting, communications, security or professional administration and are subject to suitable obligations. We may disclose information where law requires it or to establish or defend legal rights. We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
Some hosting or communications providers may process information outside South Africa. Where this occurs, we use contractual or other safeguards appropriate under the Protection of Personal Information Act and consider the recipient country’s protection.
Retention and security
Unsuccessful enquiry records are ordinarily retained for 12 months. Engagement records follow contractual, legal and professional retention requirements, ordinarily up to seven years after close-out unless a longer period is required. We use access controls, limited permissions and reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet transmission is risk-free.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; or complain to South Africa’s Information Regulator. We may need to verify identity and retain information required by law.
Cookies and images
Our cookie notice explains preference storage and optional analytics. Publicly hosted images may cause the image provider to receive technical request information such as an IP address.
Updates
We may update this notice when practices or legal requirements change. Effective date: 15 August 2026.
